This stunning women's wooden Magnetic watch can comes with a thin leather band and has a unique and magnificent dial that is designed in the most innovative way. This timepiece has a mirrorless design (no glass on the watch face) and Instead of traditional hands to tell the time, the watch features 2 small steel ball bearings that follow the magnets incorporated within the watch mechanism that sits beneath the steel face. To ensure that the ball bearings do not get stuck due to dirt and debris getting trapped in the tracks as it has no glass on the face we advise you to clean the tracks with an earbud. Sudden movement or shaking of the hand will cause the ball bearings to move freely within the channel, but as soon as the hand is still, the magnets re-position the ball bearings so that you can tell the time. The ball bearings are retained within the wood dial that has a channel to prevent the ball bearings from falling out. ENGRAVING/PERSONALIZING It is also possible to personalize your watch, by having a short text engraved on the back case of the watch, and/or by having a name, date or initials engraved on the side of the watch. If you have any specific wishes regarding the font of your engraving, or if you have any other questions regarding the personalization of your watch please let us know. A digital sample of your personalization will be sent to you for your approval. Please let us know the personalization for your engraved watch in the personalization box.

We have a 30-day return policy. Customer needs to contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item(s) back within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, except for the following periods of time each year:
- from November 23 to November 30.
- from December 5 to January 1.
- from February 4 to February 14.

Conditions of return
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
