Yes, indeed! Our headquarters is proudly based in Los Angeles, and our fulfillment centers are in CA and NJ. Our team puts lots of tenderness, love, and care into each product. Lots of our woods featured are top-quality rare finds to create unique products for everyday wear.
We use high-quality soft genuine leather for everyday wear.
We like to say our watches are “splash safe” - from washing your hands to a little sprinkle on those rainy days. But our watches are not designed to be completely submerged under water. So take note to remove your watch when taking showers or a dip in the ocean!

Please contact us right away! Our orders are processed quickly to ensure everyone receives their packages on time. We will do our absolute best to adjust your order, but please note that we cannot guarantee any changes.
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order is ready to be sent out to play with you! If you don’t see movement when you check your tracking number, please give it an extra 24-48 hours. From our experience, at times our San Francisco post offices do not register tracking immediately.
We know you are eager for your order to arrive! You should see your order arrive within 2-4 business days with express shipping and 5-7 business days without express shipping for non-customized items in US. For customized orders, i.e. engraving, there is a processing time of 1-2 business days if you choose rush engraving option at checkout. For more shipping details - click here.
Yes, we do! Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated after providing your shipping address at checkout.
It all depends where we are at in the process of making your order. If you need to change your shipping address, shipping method, engraved message, or cancel your order - please contact us ASAP with your order ID as orders move quickly through our system and changes cannot be guaranteed.
You will receive an order confirmation email right after your purchase. And you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information after 24-48 hours, if you do not receive them, feel free to contact us and we will help you! Please also check your spam folder.
Yes! you get an extra 5% discount if you purchase more than 3 watches.
No, our system only allows one coupon for each order.
All our discount coupons cannot be combined with any other sales. Please understand only one sale/discount is available for one purchase.

Since we made the engraved products special for you, we would not be able to accept it as a return or an exchange.
Yes! We have 6 months warranty on our products and can help you if you have any manufacturing defects.

Yes, you would be responsible for shipping costs when sending the product to us, but we’d be happy to pay for it to come back to you if you are doing an exchange. Please check out our Returns and Exchanges page here for more information.
Returns are usually processed within 4-7 business days after we receive your package, and we will surely email you once your refund has been processed. Please keep track of your package using your tracking number in the meantime.
