On the hunt for a one-of-a-kind wood watch that stands out from the rest? Look no further than the Maxwell Wood Watch for Men. This stunning timepiece comes with a Leather or Silicone Band and features a unique and magnificent dial designed in the most innovative way.
The Maxwell watch boasts a mirrorless design with no glass on the watch face. Instead of traditional hands, it features 2 small steel ball bearings that follow the magnets incorporated within the watch mechanism beneath the steel face. This innovative design ensures a distinctive way of telling time.
To maintain optimal performance, it's recommended to clean the tracks with an earbud to prevent dirt and debris from getting trapped, ensuring smooth movement of the ball bearings. The ball bearings are retained within the wood dial, preventing them from falling out.
ENGRAVING/PERSONALIZING
Personalize your watch with a short text engraved on the back case or have a name, date, or initials engraved on the side of the watch. Digital samples of personalization will be sent for your approval before production.

We have a 30-day return policy. Customer needs to contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item(s) back within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, except for the following periods of time each year:
- from November 23 to November 30.
- from December 5 to January 1.
- from February 4 to February 14.
instructions on how and where to send your package will be given as well. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Conditions of return
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
